Description
VSTC Hitting Camp

 

WHO: Baseball Players Grades K-5

WHERE: VSTC

WHEN: Sundays 11:30-12:30
Session 1: 1/8-2/5
Session 2: 2/12-3/11
Session 3: 3/18-4/22 (skips 4/8)
WHAT: Progressive hitting camp with emphasis on several aspects of hitting: proper leg drive, contact points, hand path, mental approach. Camp will also include game like situational hitting. Hitters will be introduced to Right View Pro Swing Analysis and will have real MLB hitter examples.
