Softball Training Specialties: Pitching
Marissa Everitt works primarily with pitchers and assists with various teams and VSTC Programs. She is in the elementary education program at Oakland University and works with all levels of softball players.
2008

2009

- Allowed no runs in four innings of work,
giving up one hit and fanned five versus Southern Utah (April 4) - Had two triples on the season
- Went 3-for-3 versus Centenary College (April 17)
- Drove in a run at Michigan State (April 23) and had one triple
- Academic All-Summit League selection
2010
- In the circle she was 5-13 with 18 starts in 26 appearances
- Led the team with 122 strikeouts and a 3.07 ERA in 130 innings
- Threw a one-hitter against Central Michigan (March 31)
- Academic All-Summit League selection
2011
- Earned All-Summit League first team honors as a utility player
- In the circle was 7-8 with 16 starts in 22 appearances
- Led the team with 98 strikeouts and a 2.91 earned run average in 106 innings
- Struck out 13 batters versus Western Illinois (March 12),
the third highest single-game total in school history - At the plate had five double, drove in 10 runs and batted .271
- Had a pinch hit double with two out in the bottom of the ninth
to drive in the winning run versus Toledo (May 1) - All-time career leader with 6.50 strikeouts per seven innings
- Ranks fifth with 277 career strikeouts
