During the Fall and Winter seasons, our Team of Instructors are available to support your Team Practice and Workouts at a Special Rate. All programs can be customized to meet your individual team needs.

At The Varsity Shop Training Center we are committed to providing our members with every opportunity to improve their skills and reach their fullest potential. Our professional instructors and teachers can provide this skill set development on an individual basis or in a team setting. We utilize the finest training and teaching aids on the market to teach our participants the proper fundamental skills for maximizing development and future success.

Full Practice Workout Hitting Techniques Throwing Mechanics
Fielding Techniques Pitching Mechanics Catching Techniques
Base Running Warm-Up Programs/Conditioning/Injury Prevention

 
Satellite Instruction-Team or Individual Training
  • Reserve an Instructor to Support Your Team Workout
  • Rate: $100.00 per Hour
  • Average 15 mile radius travel. Excess travel may require additional charge.

Satellite Instruction Time is available by reservation and appointment only. Our Instructors have designated certain times that they will be available over the Spring and Summer timeframe.  Please contact one of our managers at the Training Center Member Desk to reserve one of our Instructors to enhance your program today.
